Integrative Professional Development
In line with its vision and mission, Multiplin is committed to further development and expansion of its selection of integrative educational packages (IEPs) for point-earning CPD courses. The ultimate aim, as always, is not only the development of the professional himself or herself, but also the integrative development of the profession. Broadening and deepening the perspectives of individual professionals benefit not only each of them, but also other professionals with whom they interact and indeed the fields of practice themselves.

There are three levels of IEPs available. The most basic is an audiovisual package (AVP), where a compilation of lecture videos (with some practical exercises) is provided, which the purchasing institution can integrate into its course as it sees fit. The second level is an essential course package (ECP), where a complete week-by-week course is purchased (with video and audio lectures, and also potentially a prescribed textbook) with weekly online questions and a pool of questions from which to select for a final exam. The ECP is designed to be used ‘as is’ with no need for any input from the creators of the course.

In the case of the third level, which is the advanced course package (ACP), a more extensive week-by-week course is purchased and the purchasing institution’s lecturers are able frequently to consult the creators of the course throughout its duration (including input regarding essay questions and a final exam).
