Integrative Professional Development
It is a medium-term objective of Multiplin (in collaboration with Cranefield College) to make available a range of point-earning MDL courses (some leading to interdisciplinary qualifications). These courses cater for the professional who wishes to gain CPD points while at the same time contributing to multidisciplinary development (since he or she will inevitably implement the knowledge and skills gained). Broadening and deepening the perspectives of individual professionals not only benefits each of them, but also facilitates interactions between them and other professionals in practice, benefiting everyone involved. The first full range of CPD courses will be available by 2012, and will cater especially for practioners in medicine and psychology (and lawyers working in related contexts).
