How we work
Multiplin's interdisciplinary specialists combine their perspectives to
ensure that the relevant aspects of our key disciplines are integratively
applied in any context in which we are involved. The basic process in
respect of any of our services can be summarised as follows:
Step 1: The scope of the prospective involvement of Multiplin in the relevant
task or project is assessed (free of charge) in close communication with
the client via telephone, videophone, email and/or in person, depending
on the situation. The exact process in each case is adapted to be as efficient
and effective as possible for all involved. Some of the services in our
integrative areas of focus (reflected our home
page) demand the involvement of outsourced intradisciplinary specialists;
these are brought in as required.
Step 2: Having gathered the necessary information, the client is then
given an indication of what the total charge for Multiplin's involvement
will be. The possibility of providing an early comprehensive assessment
depends on the circumstances. The hourly rate (where relevant) depends
on the nature of the work.
Step 3: The process continues in accordance with the defined goals and
objectives, and, where appropriate, is at various stages reviewed by all
interdisciplinary specialists (at no extra cost) for the purpose of maintaining
sound holistic strategy, paying particular attention to continuous innovation
and integration. If it is anticipated at any time that there may be any
changes in the scope of the task or project, the client is immediately
consulted before taking further action. Timely communication and a consistent
free flow of information are core values of Multiplin.
