Integrative HMM
Integrative HMM means constantly having full regard to the relevant elements of every discipline that is or should be involved in a particular matter, in a manner aimed at multilateral enrichment, refinement and integration. It involves ensuring that any particular venture is sensitive to interdisciplinary, or intradisciplinary intersectoral (ie between different parts within a discipline), influence. It seeks to promote congruence (and hence reciprocal accessibility) amongst disciplines.

Integrative HMM demands that all interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary elements be properly integrated by the person(s) who is/are involved in the venture. It is accordingly an approach that can be applied by any professional, although the extent to which it is successfully applied would depend on the skill, experience, and perspective of those applying it.
